You’re welcome to arrive at the property any time after 4.00pm on your first day. You will need to check out by 10.00am. We are unable to offer earlier check-ins or later check-outs.
You’ll receive an email 48 hours before your due arrival date, which will contain all you need to arrive and access the property. This includes codes to open the key safe(s) or operate the digital lock(s). You will also receive a link to access the property’s customised Guest Manual, which gives you further details about the property, such as how to adjust heating and hot water, operating appliances, and the disposal of recycling and waste.

We’re on hand 24/7. Our local team is here Monday-Friday from 09.00-18.00. If you need help overnight, at weekends, or during public holidays, all calls are handled by our maintenance service.
This depends on how you make your booking, and we advise you to purchase travel insurance. If you book directly with Fresh Escapes, there is a non-refundable 25% deposit in the event of any cancellation. If you book using an online travel agency, you may be offered flexible cancellation policies, but this will be reflected in the price. You should thoroughly check the cancellation policy of your chosen provider before making your booking.
Any information you share with Fresh Escapes is securely held in our property management system and is never shared with any third party. We only handle personal information in connection with your booking. If you opt to receive marketing information from us, we will use the email address you supply to stay in touch; you can opt-out anytime. All personal data is stored and handled in accordance with UK data privacy (GDPR) laws.
