Prague is 45 minutes away and there's a saltwater pool in the garden. That's really the whole story, but there's more.
This modern, luxuriously furnished apartment sits high on a hill on the edge of a quiet Bohemian village, with views over the landscape that put you at ease the moment you arrive. Just green, silence and space with the city within reach whenever you feel like it.
Outside is where you'll want to spend your time. An enclosed garden with sun loungers, a barbecue and a saltwater pool maintained fresh every day. The terrace is where mornings start with coffee and evenings end with a drink and that panoramic view. Children and pets can play safely outside while you simply sit back.
Inside, everything is well taken care of. The living room has a comfortable seating area and TV. The separate bedroom offers a quiet place to sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer and coffee machine. After a day outside, you sink into the bathtub. That's the moment the holiday truly begins. Underfloor heating keeps things comfortable on cooler evenings. Covered parking is right at the house. A shop and a good Czech restaurant are within walking distance.
The real advantage is the location. Prague is 45 minutes by car or by train if you'd rather leave the car behind. The airport is just 34 kilometres away, handy if you're flying in directly. You combine a relaxed stay in the countryside with the freedom to spend a day exploring one of Europe's most beautiful cities. The Jewish Quarter, Charles Bridge, a terrace on Wenceslas Square and in the evening, back to your own terrace and that quiet view.
Closer to home is Kladno, a real Central Bohemian town with Renaissance buildings, an impressive town hall and plenty of shops and restaurants for a pleasant afternoon. The surrounding area offers walking and cycling routes, climbing trails and castle walks. Křivoklát Castle, one of the finest medieval castles in Bohemia, is just 20 minutes away. For those who want to swim beyond the garden pool: an outdoor swimming pool at 12 km and a river at 7 km.

Een mooi, niet al te groot appartement geschikt voor 2 personen. Er is wel een slaapbank in de woonkamer voor evt nog 2 personen. De eigenaar woont in het onderste deel van het huis dus de tuin is voor gemeenschappelijk gebruik (net als het zwembad).see more

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern im Teenageralter in diesem schönen Apartment in Lany. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und entspricht der Beschreibung. Das Gastgeberehepaar ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das Pech, daß unsere Urlaubswoche ziemlich verregnet war. Trotzdem hat unser Gastgeber bei jeder Gelegenheit die Liegen am schönen Pool hergerichtet, um uns ein Bad schmackhaft zu machen. Die Lage ist wunderbar, mit Blick über den Ort und das Umland. Die Nähe zu Prag haben wir für einige Ausflüge in die tolle Stadt genutzt. Wir haben die Adresse abgespeichert und kommen vielleicht wieder, allerdings erst wenn unsere Kinder ihre eigenen Wege gehen. Zu viert ist die Wohnung dann doch zu eng. Einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass das Geschirr und Besteck nicht sauber war. Aber alles einmal in die Spülmaschine stecken hat geholfen.
