A spacious and tastefully designed newly built house in the heart of Connemara, upon entering the house, you will be greeted by a large entrance hall with high ceilings, which leads to a spacious open plan living area that includes a comfortable lounge, contemporary kitchen and dining area (seating 10, comfortably). The floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the property fill the house with natural light and the dining area opens out onto a large outdoor roofed terrace, furnished with cushioned lounging furniture and perfect for a BBQ and a glass of wine whilst enjoying the fresh sea air. The house has three generously sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cloakroom. On the ground floor, the spacious master suite is a real treat, with breathtaking views of the mountains and featuring a separate dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Upon entering the master suite, you will encounter a king-size bed, complete with high-quality bedding for a restful night’s sleep. The room is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings, including seating where guests can enjoy spectacular views while enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing after a long day at sea! The adjoining dressing room (with its own secret fridge and coffee station) offers plenty of storage space, including large bespoke floor-to-ceiling fitted wardrobes and a dressing table and mirror. There are two large, bright, family rooms upstairs (each with double and single beds), with views of the countryside and ocean.
