Great seafront apartment at only two steps from the sandy beach in one of the quietest residential areas of Alcúdia, overlooking the bay of Pollença and Cap Formentor.
The spectacular sunset views from the large terrace and dining room will surprise you with romantic afternoons. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two storey villa. The ground floor belongs to another owner. The house counts with its' compulsory vacation rental license. This place is ideal for tranquility, long walks along the coast and enjoying the sea without crowds.
The modernly furnished villa counts with 3 luminous double bedrooms (one with two single beds and en-suite shower room and two with a double bed) and another bathroom with shower for general use. The large independent kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and any other utensils you might need to prepare an excellent dinner during your stay. The comfortable living- and dining room with sea- and mountain view is fitted with a sofa and two big armchairs to enjoy a good movie or relax during the warmest hours of the day. From the living- and dining room you access the large, west-facing terrace to enjoy the sunset. On the other side, with exit from the kitchen, there is another terrace, to enjoy breakfast in the Mediterranean sun.
The apartment is equipped with wifi and air conditioning (hot and cold). The fireplace is merely decorative (can not be used). For a baby up to 2 years old we can prepare a cot and a highchair without additional cost (on previous request).
The apartment is located in the north of the island, on the coast of the bay of Pollença. It is perfect for water sports such as canoeing, fishing or diving and discover the reefs of the bay. The nearest supermarkets, restaurants and shops are in Alcúdia (15 minutes on foot), one of the most historic and beautiful cities of the north coast of Mallorca. You can walk along the coast to Es Barcarès, 5 minutes from the apartment, a residential coast area with small beaches and coves, ideal for a walk. It is also very close to the Mal Pas, where the beautiful natural sandy coves of Sant Joan and Sant Pere are perfect for the whole family. It is 20 minutes walk from the coast of Bonaire, where you can explore small virgin coves.

The property is located in the upmarket residential area of Bonaire.
Located on the Bay of Pollensa Bonaire has a picturesque marina, scuba school, kayak hire, several bars, restaurants, a pharmacy and minimart located along its seafront.
The walled town of Alcudia and beach resorts of Port Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa are situated within a short drive.
The house is surrounded by well planted gardens. There are far reaching views of the sea and Tramuntana Mountain Range.
It has secured off road parking.
The gardens are dominated by a large designer infinity pool with a water fall. The pool has a decked platform resplendent with a curtained double Balinese lounger and easy chair.
Stepping stones cross the pool to the covered dining terrace where al fresco meals can be enjoyed at the large dining table. There are also several easy chairs.
Behind the sepping stones is the child’s section of the pool.
In the front garden there is a further dining area which is surrounded by Mediterranean planting.
Throughout the day the garden and pool are perfect for taking the sun and swimming. However it is after the sunsets that they become truly magical.

An impressive metal and glass staircase lead to the upper floor.
On the landing is an informal seating area complete with a chaise which is perfect for quiet reading and relaxing.
The master bedroom has a kingsized bed with views over the treetops to the Bay of Pollensa.
The en suite bathroom features a unique free standing bath, double hand basins and walk in shower.
A wall of glass slides back to open both the bedroom and bathroom to a large decked and furnished balcony.
A spiral staircase leads to the furnished roof terrace ideal for watching the sunset and equipped with a large double lounger.
Bedroom two and three are light and bright with double bedded room. Bedroom four is a twin bedded room.
