Nestled in the beautiful countryside of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the protected Žďárské vrchy nature area, this charming and atmospheric family villa offers a unique holiday experience. Originally built as a traditional farmhouse and later used as a village school, the property has now been carefully renovated into a spacious and character-filled holiday home where authentic charm blends perfectly with modern comfort. Here, you can relive the feeling of carefree holidays from the past: long evenings around the table, children playing in the attic and relaxing days surrounded by nature. It is the perfect destination for several families or groups of friends looking to create unforgettable memories together.

The villa accommodates up to 17 guests, although it is most comfortable for 10 to 14 adults with children. The cosy living area with its large dining table forms the heart of the house, creating the perfect setting for shared meals and long evenings together. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for group cooking, including the possibility to cook on the traditional tiled stove that adds extra warmth and atmosphere. Throughout the house, you will find several inviting bedrooms, including charming wooden sleeping cabins in the attic. These heated rooms beneath the characteristic wooden roof create a warm and adventurous atmosphere, especially loved by children. The property also features four bathrooms, including a spacious bathroom with a freestanding bathtub.

Outside, there is just as much to enjoy. The enclosed courtyard features a partially covered terrace with barbecue, ideal for long summer evenings together. The garden, filled with flowers, fruit trees, raspberries and blackberries, radiates peace and countryside charm. On warm days, the natural swimming pond offers refreshing relaxation, while the Finnish sauna is the perfect place to unwind after an active day outdoors.

For families with children, this is truly a wonderful place to stay. The spacious attic provides endless opportunities for games, movie nights or simply relaxing with a good book. During warm summer evenings, children can even enjoy adventurous sleepovers in sleeping bags beneath the wooden roof. Thanks to the enclosed grounds, children can safely play outside throughout the day. As the house has been specially designed for families with older children, the layout and atmosphere are perfectly suited for holidays shared by several families. Pets are not allowed, making the property especially suitable for guests with allergies as well.

The surrounding area offers countless activities and excursions throughout the year. In summer, you can swim in Lake Milovy, enjoy beautiful hiking trails through forests and rolling hills or explore the many cycling routes nearby. Climbers and nature lovers can discover the famous rock formations of Devět skal and Drátenická skála. Golf enthusiasts will find a beautiful natural golf course in Svratka. During winter, the region transforms into a paradise for cross-country skiers and winter sports lovers, with ski trails nearby and ski resorts such as Nový Jimramov and Harusák within easy reach. The famous biathlon centre of Nové Město na Moravě is also close by.

If you enjoy culture and gastronomy, the surrounding villages offer cosy restaurants, cafés and local Czech specialities.
