Do you want to stay in a luxurious chalet in the heart of the mountains at 815 meters, with views of the ski slope and the valley below? This is the kind of place where you’ll instantly want to stay. Nestled in nature, it offers peace, space, and comfort for families, groups of friends, or larger parties of up to 12 people.
Inside, you’ll immediately feel the warmth: thick wooden beams, a tiled stove with a special sleeping spot on top, soft blankets, and a cozy atmosphere in every room. Outside, you can fully relax in the Finnish sauna, enjoy the heated hot tub, or simply soak in the breathtaking views from the terrace. Children have plenty of space to play both indoors and outdoors: trampoline, sandbox, running, climbing, building forts, or making snow castles. They’ll be entertained all day while you relax with a glass of wine from the private wine cellar or grill something delicious on the barbecue.

There’s also plenty to discover on day trips: Dvoračky is just 2 km away, Ručičky 1 km, and the source of the Elbe and Harrachov are about 6 km away. The famous Mumlavský waterfall is 6.5 km away, perfect for a short walk or a photo stop. For swimming enthusiasts, several outdoor pools and aquaparks are within a 20-minute drive, including Jablonec nad Jizerou and Špindlerův Mlýn.

Very nice cozy cottage. Be aware of the concrete driveway, if your car is not powerful enough, it may be difficult to drive up the driveway.

Chata naprosto předčila naše očekávání! Prostředí je překrásné, romantické, nic tam nechybí. Neskutečné západy slunce! Komunikace s majitelem absolutně nadstandardní - pán, i jeho žena, jsou úžasní. Maximálně vychází vstříc, vždy pozitivně naladěni, see more
Chata naprosto předčila naše očekávání! Prostředí je překrásné, romantické, nic tam nechybí. Neskutečné západy slunce! Komunikace s majitelem absolutně nadstandardní - pán, i jeho žena, jsou úžasní. Maximálně vychází vstříc, vždy pozitivně naladěni, radost s nimi komunikovat. Nic není problém. Vybavení chaty je také nadstandardní - kávovar, topinkovač, pec a dokonce i ledovač! Byli jsme naprosto nadšení a pokud budeme plánovat podobný teambuilding, rádi se vrátíme. Musí to tam být krásné i v zimě. Jen doporučujeme, pokud nemáte auto 4x4, rozhodně nejezděte pod kopec k chapě - zůstaňte parkovat nad kopcem - vyjet je pak docela oříšek :D :) takže za nás dvacet z deseti!

We have the perfect place for your next vacation. A 12 person villa nestled in the mountains, surrounded by peaceful forest views. The villa is completely child friendly so you can relax while the little ones play.
This house can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 12 people. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, each with plenty of space for guests. There are three bathrooms, each with a shower and/or bathtub. The children are playing in the evening while you enjoy a drink on garden furniture. When it begins to get dark, you can start to gather some wood for a fire. It gives a cozy atmosphere. If you're looking for something to do, you won't be disappointed. There's plenty to keep you busy around here. From skiing and paragliding to visiting waterfalls, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the great outdoors. But there's something special about waterfalls that makes them worth a visit. If your children are interested in swimming, there is an aqua park located about 30 kilometers away. This could be the perfect place for them to splash around and have some fun! When you want to enjoy some fine dining, head out into one of the villages or towns nearby.
