The villa is spread over two floors and offers plenty of space for spending quality time together. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with a comfortable seating corner, television, dining area and modern open-plan kitchen. The wood-burning stove creates a warm and cosy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing evenings after a day outdoors. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking for larger groups, including an oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. Practical facilities such as a washing machine, drying area for shoes and clothing, and a separate storage room for skis and sports equipment ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay.
Upstairs, there are four comfortable bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature their own private bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition, there is a spacious shared bathroom with a bathtub, shower and double washbasin. Air conditioning in the bedrooms keeps the villa pleasantly cool during warm summer days.

V objektu je veškeré vybavení, které byste mohli potřebovat, v kuchyni najdete úplně vše. Skvělý bazén se slanou vodou. V roubence si můžete vychladit, zatopit, jak vám vyhovuje. Vše skvěle popsáno v obsáhlém "manuálu", zjistíte tam ovládání a nastavsee more

Vše skvěle popsáno v obsáhlém "manuálu", zjistíte tam ovládání a nastavení naprosto všeho. Krásné udržované okolí domu, v naprostém soukromí. Jediné mínus, ať to nevypadá jak placená reklama :-) : na nás moc tvrdé postele, ale to je věc názoru a dalo se za chvilku i zvyknout. Byli jsme celkově nadšeni a mám dojem, že jsme tam nebyli naposled.

The house features two bathrooms: one with a shower and toilet on the ground floor and one with a bathtub and toilet upstairs.
The chalet also offers a fantastic wellness experience. Relax in the sauna or enjoy the warmth of the wood-fired hot tub. Use of both the sauna and the hot tub is free of charge. For the sauna, you only pay for the energy consumed (€0.35/kWh), and for the hot tub, only the briquettes are charged – and only if you use a lot. This way, you can fully enjoy your private wellness moment without any worries.
Outdoor life is just as pleasant. Unwind on the terrace with cozy seating and a gas barbecue. Bikes and ski equipment can be stored safely in the storage room.
The chalet is a great base for both summer and winter activities. Cross-country ski trails start right outside your door, and the Šachty ski resort is just a few minutes’ walk away. The resort offers slopes for all levels, a ski school, and a snow tubing area for kids.
